Do your products contain MSG?
No, Air Krisp products do not contain MSG (monosodium glutamate). We use only natural seasonings and spices to create the bold, delicious flavors in our batters, breadings, and seasonings.
Do your products work in conventional ovens?
Yes! While our products are specifically formulated for optimal performance in air fryers and combi ovens, they work excellently in conventional ovens as well. Our batters, breadings, and seasonings will deliver great results regardless of your cooking method. For best results in conventional ovens, we recommend following standard cooking temperatures and times for your specific application.

How do I place a foodservice order?

What are your minimum order requirements for foodservice?
Our minimum order requirement is one pallet. You can mix different Air Krisp products on a single pallet to meet your diverse menu needs, with the exception of private label items, which must be ordered separately. This flexibility allows you to stock multiple products while meeting our minimum order threshold.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any Air Krisp product, please contact our office manager at 517-780-8110. We stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
What is your typical turnaround time for orders?
Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days, excluding holidays. However, if your order is completed ahead of schedule, we'll ship it out sooner to get your products to you as quickly as possible. We understand the importance of reliable delivery schedules in foodservice operations and work diligently to meet your timing needs.
